Are delivery and planting included in the price?
Your quote covers everything needed to get the palm in the ground: the palm, delivery, craning if needed, planting and soil preparation. Each item is listed on its own line, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How big are the palms you supply?
We supply compact garden palms and specimen palms with 2 to 8 m of clear trunk, depending on the species and what’s in stock. Clear trunk is measured from soil level to where the leaves start.
Can you plant a large palm in an existing garden?
Usually, yes. During the site visit we check access for a crane or TLB, overhead cables, underground pipes and soil. If access is tight, we’ll recommend a size or species that can go in safely.
What is lawn dressing, and when should it be done?
Lawn dressing (top dressing) means spreading a thin layer of screened soil or compost over the lawn, usually after scarifying and aerating. It levels bumps and helps the grass thicken. Spring and early summer are the best times.
Can you add irrigation to a garden that's already planted?
Yes. We design zones around your existing planting, trench neatly, and fit pop-up sprinklers for lawns and drip lines for beds and palms, all run from a controller you can adjust.
Do you work with estates, body corporates and developers?
Yes. We quote bulk palm supply, phased landscaping for new developments, show-house gardens and monthly maintenance contracts with reporting for trustees and HOAs.
Do planted palms come with a guarantee?
Palms planted by our team with irrigation installed come with an establishment guarantee. Terms depend on the species and site, and we set them out clearly in your quote.
